This years Annual General Meeting we be held on Sunday 27th September 2026 at the Grimwade Airstrip (same location as the Grimwade Enduro). Estimated start time is 5:30pm (TBC).

All committee positions are open for nomination. We are calling on club members to nominate themselves or another club member for any of the below positions.
Please note that Craig (President), Dennis (Vice President), Sophie (Secretary) and Cara (Membership Officer) have advised they will not be seeking to continue in their current positions for 2027, meaning several key roles will need to be filled. The Trail & Enduro Motorcycle Club is run entirely by volunteers. Without members stepping forward to fill these positions, the club’s ability to deliver events and a 2027 season may be at risk.

All nominees will be contacted to accept or decline their nomination. If you are unable to attend the AGM in person but would like to accept a nomination please do so in writing to the Secretary. Nominations will be announced at the AGM and voting will then take place by a ballot vote or show of hands. We encourage members to attend as it is our committee members who will ultimately decide how the club is run over the following year.

- The competition committee is desparate for some new people to help sculpt the 2027 race season! It’s been the same crew for the past few years so would be great to have some new blood! We’ve got the info, we’ve got the experience, we’ve got the properties – we just need YOU!
