2025 T&E AGM
This years Annual General Meeting we be held on Sunday 28th September at the Grimwade Airstrip (same location as the Grimwade Enduro). Estimated start time is 5:30pm (TBC).
This is your chance to vote and have your say!
All committee positions are open for nomination. We are calling on club members to nominate themselves or another club member for any of the below positions.

All nominees will be contacted to accept or decline their nomination. If you are unable to attend the AGM in person but would like to accept a nomination please do so in writing to the Secretary. Nominations will be announced at the AGM and voting will then take place by a ballot vote or show of hands. We encourage members to attend as it is our committee members who will ultimately decide how the club is run over the following year.
