Drivers Licence:  Make sure it is current and endorsed to ride capacity of motorcycle you have entered. If you have a Learners Permit double check it is still current, (you can not renew this online).

Rider Registration:

You are required to show proof of current bike registration or Permit, MA Licence, club membership, drivers license (MC Endorsement) at rider sign on.

Riders with 1 Event Bike Registration Permit: You will need to carry a copy with you during the event in case you are stopped by local police.

Helmet:  Must have approved decal and be in good condition. Note: Helmet cams are no longer allowed to be on a rider’s helmet unless the helmet has it built in.

Transponders: Will be used at this event therefore you must have a suitable bracket attached to your bike. Brackets will be for sale at Sign On at a cost of $15 (please have the right cash on the day)

Riders who purchased a bracket on-line when entering will collect it at sign on. Transponders will be issued at rider sign on, Sunday morning.

At sign on you will receive your transponder, rider card and bike number.

Scrutineering:  ASAP after you have registered you must present your bike and helmet for examination.  Please make sure your bike is set up to Enduro specifications.  We are only allowed to run events in the forests because we have registered, silenced bikes.  If you are not sure what you need, please ring Chief Scrutineer Alan Makin: 040 774 1353. Quick shades must be pegged down well and be lined up in an orderly way so your vehicle can be parked behind where possible and allow room for others and create a pit lane.

Catering at the Start Area: There will be catering at this event.

Lynne Makin: 0408 585475      Email: lynne.makin@iinet.net.au (Race Secretary)

If you send me a text please ensure you put your name so I am able to follow up as we may have limited service on Saturday due to working out on the course.

I am still looking for assistance with the timing of the special tests and remote control, if you can assist, please let me know.

This would mean the helpers would be out in the field for the day to assist when riders are moving around the course.

If riders have nominated a person to help at the event, please ask them to see Lynne on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning by 7.30am to sign on and get the relevant information of what time to be on duty and where. If they could be reminded to bring clothing to keep dry and warm for the day/s they are helping.

Their help will be greatly appreciated.

Without our wonderful volunteers we would not have an event.

I will contact them individually today to confirm the volunteer position for the event.

Stay safe travels to the event.  Remember double demerits kick in for the long weekend.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Kind Regards

Lynne Makin
