If you send me a text please ensure you put your name so I am able to follow up as we may have limited service on Saturday due to working out on the course.
I am still looking for assistance with the timing of the special tests and remote control, if you can assist, please let me know.
This would mean the helpers would be out in the field for the day to assist when riders are moving around the course.
If riders have nominated a person to help at the event, please ask them to see Lynne on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning by 7.30am to sign on and get the relevant information of what time to be on duty and where. If they could be reminded to bring clothing to keep dry and warm for the day/s they are helping.
Their help will be greatly appreciated.
Without our wonderful volunteers we would not have an event.
I will contact them individually today to confirm the volunteer position for the event.
Directions
Stay safe travels to the event. Remember double demerits kick in for the long weekend.
We look forward to seeing you there.
