New Support Class Introduced

Trail and Enduro Club have introduced anexciting new FOSSILS class to their events with Busselton Enduro being the first running of the class.

The new FOSSILS have been introduced as a support class.  That means it is not a State Championship Class but is part of the T&E Club Championships.  Any eligible rider can compete but must be a T&E Club Member to score Club points.

  • To enter riders must be 55 years of age or older.
  • A rider who is 55 or over can enter in the Masters Championship class and will be automatically scored in the FOSSILS Class.
  • The FOSSILS will ride a modified course shorter than EXPERT, VETERAN and MASTERS Riders.

However, if riding the MASTERS class, the rider must complete the full Masters course to qualify for points           in the Masters Championship.

  • Any capacity of bike can be ridden.

The Club anticipates that the new class will give older riders the chance to have some fun riding against riders of a similar age, while completing less distance and fewer Special Tests thus preserving the ageing bodies and having a great time.

PLEASE READ THE SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS BEFORE ENTERING.
